Website and hosting

Technically necessary connection and server data may be processed to provide the website securely. The public website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich in Germany.

Cookies and tracking

The current public landing page does not intentionally use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking technologies or external web fonts/video players.

Humplify pilot

The pilot processes account and registration information and content deliberately entered by users, including topics, drafts, personal perspectives, Personal Memory and feedback, where required to provide, secure and improve the service.

AI, LinkedIn and email

OpenAI is used for AI-supported functions in the current pilot. LinkedIn data is processed when a LinkedIn account is connected and publishing is initiated. Resend may be used for transactional pilot emails. Transfers outside the EEA must comply with applicable GDPR requirements.

Retention and rights

Personal data is retained only as long as necessary or legally required. Subject to the GDPR, data subjects may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, withdrawal and objection, and may complain to a competent supervisory authority.

Security

Appropriate technical and organizational measures are used. Website traffic is encrypted using HTTPS.
